How to Insert Graphics in MS word ?

Different drawings, packages and other graphic tools create files in their own format. Word comes with a number of utilities (call facility) that can convert graphics from many sources, allowing view to insert them in word document

INSERT PICTURE : -

Using insert picture command.

1. Start by creating opening a document

2. Place the insertion point where you want the picture to appear

3. Choose insert / picture, the insert picture dialogue box appears

4. Click preview to look at the picture before you like

5. (Because by ) scrolling down until you see something you like

6. When you find a file graphic click ok to insert it in your document

CLIP ART GALLERIES : -

˜The office clipart gallery is reached from the insert / object command

˜ It offers categories of to use the clip art gallery

1. Start by creating or opening a document

2. Place the insertion point where you want the picture to appear

3. Choose insert / object

4. When you see the object dialogue box then scroll to pick micro soft clip art gallery

5. Click ok, you will see the clip art gallery dialogue box

6.Browse by clicking on categories of impress and scrolling to view thumb nail of graphics in the gallery

7. Double click on a thumb nail (or) click once on it to insert, to a full sized copy of image at the inserted point in your word document.
