Making selections in Photo Shop?

Making selections

Ø  Selecting the part of an image is done by using marquee tool in the tool bar.

Ø  Select rectangular marquee tool, and then click mouse right button.

Ø  You will find different versions of marquee tools.

  

Ø  The different versions of marquee tools are: Rectangular marquee tool, elliptical marquee tool, single row marquee tool, single column marquee tool.

Ø  Select the desired tool, example rectangular marquee tool.

Ø  Click mouse left button in the document.

Ø  Drag the mouse in required direction by holding mouse left button.

Ø  Release the mouse pointer.

Ø  You was selected the image or part of the image as seen below
